Harbour Penthouse is a light and airy apartment on the third floor; occupying the west corner of Jutland House in the heart of Whitby’s Town center. Its top floor position allows fantastic views from the South West facing living room over the upper harbour and across to the East Side of the town.

Property Access and Directions

Harbourside View is part of Jutland House on New Quay Road – a modern development built in 2006, easily recognisable above the parade of shops that includes William Hill and Specsavers. Entry is via Vipond’s Lane, and guests will receive either a master key or key fob for secure access.

Once inside, you can choose to take the lift or the stairs to the second floor. Apartment 7 – Harbourside View – is directly ahead as you exit the lift. If someone in your group arrives without a key, don’t worry! Simply use the intercom system allows for easy remote access.

Heating is controlled via a wall-mounted thermostat in the entrance lobby.
