The Havelock Court Apartment is a hidden gem on the lower ground floor and contains an entrance, bathroom with a shower, two double bedrooms as well as a lounge that has a flat-screen TV, diner, kitchen, and the added benefit of a front garden which solely belongs to this apartment. This comfortable and cosy apartment is suitable for couples or families alike.

When entering the property, you will be immediately greeted with a useful area to store your luggage and larger possessions. This leads you into a spacious hall with a luxurious chaise longue the perfect space to take time out with your favourite book.

The bathroom is spacious and houses a free-standing shower cubicle as well as a separate bath.

The master bedroom encompasses a big and bright bay window that looks over the well maintained and colourful front garden.

Property Access and Directions

Harbourside View is part of Jutland House on New Quay Road – a modern development built in 2006, easily recognisable above the parade of shops that includes William Hill and Specsavers. Entry is via Vipond’s Lane, and guests will receive either a master key or key fob for secure access.

Once inside, you can choose to take the lift or the stairs to the second floor. Apartment 7 – Harbourside View – is directly ahead as you exit the lift. If someone in your group arrives without a key, don’t worry! Simply use the intercom system allows for easy remote access.

Heating is controlled via a wall-mounted thermostat in the entrance lobby.
