You’ll also find pubs, cafés and restaurants all within easy reach, making it easy to enjoy the best of Whitby on foot.

Harbourside View sits on the second floor of Jutland House, a modern apartment block with lift access. Whether you arrive via stairs or lift, the apartment is all on one level once inside – ideal for those looking for step-free access.

Inside, you’ll find a hallway leading to two bedrooms – one double and one twin – making it a perfect choice for families, couples or friends travelling together. The spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area is light and airy, with comfortable seating and everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay. There’s also a family bathroom and a small, private outdoor seating area at the rear – great for a morning cuppa or evening glass of wine.

Property Access and Directions

Harbourside View is part of Jutland House on New Quay Road – a modern development built in 2006, easily recognisable above the parade of shops that includes William Hill and Specsavers. Entry is via Vipond’s Lane, and guests will receive either a master key or key fob for secure access.

Once inside, you can choose to take the lift or the stairs to the second floor. Apartment 7 – Harbourside View – is directly ahead as you exit the lift. If someone in your group arrives without a key, don’t worry! Simply use the intercom system allows for easy remote access.

Heating is controlled via a wall-mounted thermostat in the entrance lobby.
